Seraphim G. Canoutas was an early 20th Century attorney, diplomat, historian and prolific author; he was also an active member of our Chapter, Delphi # 25, where he served as an early President. He is known as the "First Historian of the Hellenes in the Western Hemisphere". There is no admission charge for this special occasion.
